Sub-C-Divers Boat Handling course is great fun and is ideal for anyone wanting to learn about rigid-hulled inflatable boats (RIBs) and how to drive them.

The Boat Handling course is open to anyone aged over 14 and it’s a great way to get non-divers involved in the club, especially if they have family members who dive. No diving qualification is necessary to take part.

Once again, please pass on our thanks to the club members for supporting Try Dives over the past couple of weeks for our Scouts last week and older section, Explorers, last night…. Always, It was an informative and enjoyable event. It is a privilege to expose more young people to the delights of Diving.

The kids all came away buzzing with excitement at the experience, and were still talking about it the week after. Hopefully you have inspired some to dive again whether with yourselves or elsewhere.
I was pleased with the professionalism and patience of your team of instructors with what I know can be a challenging group of kids, but happily you managed them well and the event was a success.

My child has fully enjoyed his time learning how to snorkel and hopefully in the
near future he will learn how to scuba dive either as a hobby or as a career.

The Instructors enthusiasm was infectious and truly inspirational. I shall without doubt be
enrolling on further BSAC courses in the very near future. Congratulations to the
team they are a credit to the club.
